In 2022 we purchased 5.7 acres of prime real estate on North Clifton Road in Frederick, Maryland. We endeavor to construct, beside a chapel currently on the property, an 8,355 square-foot building containing a 250-seat sanctuary, classrooms, offices, and fellowship area.
The sanctuary will reflect a simple dignity focusing on the centrality of God’s Word in worship. We ask all who are supportive of our ministry to consider investing in our future house of worship.
Yours in Christ,
Peter Kemeny

BENEFITS OF A CHURCH BUILDING
A visible presence in the community. A center for outreach ministries such as after school clubs, evangelistic Bible studies, homeschool groups, and our Soccer and Bible Camps. A gathering place for meetings, fellowship meals, Bible studies, and informal get-togethers as well as a place to meet up with other church members during the week. A schoolhouse for discipleship with rooms for children’s, youth and adult studies and activities. A permanent church home that will guarantee us a place of worship and fellowship for generations to come. |
OUR CHALLENGE
The estimated cost of construction, projecting for inflation, is approximately 3.1 million dollars. We have 1.6 million dollars in the building fund. Assuming a million-dollar mortgage, we are seeking to raise around $500,000 before we break ground. An additional $450,000 would fund the construction of a shell for six additional classrooms. We will...tell to the coming generations the glorious deeds of the Lord. |
All gifts will be matched up to $250,000!
A generous church member has promised to match all gifts to the building fund up to $250,000 in 2022-23.
